Team Building

Tim O'Keefe

Being a teammate, a bit disheveled and morning voice and hair as we just got thru week one of football camp while running the biz in between.

Sometimes a teammate takes a risk to prove he is your teammate.
Will you take the risk for your teammate, and will you accept help when your teammate risks?

Yesterday we had a kid try and do duck walks. Couldn’t do a full ten yards. Everyone else was waiting for him. LB jumped out and got next to him and cheered him on. A real “Rudy” moment and it was on his own.

A few seconds later the rest of the team followed. Fascinating group psychology moment guys.

How can you build and support your team in the real world?
